Female Founded Terms and Conditions

Application

• Applicants are responsible for providing correct business and brand names, and most importantly a valid primary email address where all Female Founded related content can be sent

Conditions & requirements for entry

• To be eligible your business or brand must be at a minimum 51 percent founded, owned, controlled, operated and managed by a female or females

• Applicants must have a fully functioning business prior to applying for certification; we cannot provide certification in advance of business opening

• Female Founded reserve the right to accept or reject applications

Outcome

• Outcomes will be sent as an email alert from hello@female-founded.com and will either be a certified or an uncertified result

• Winners are under no obligation to pursue the certified package but understand they will not receive the seal or certification without doing so

• Cost is per business/ brand unless previously agreed with CEO, S. Hope

• Any business/ brand for which the certification fee has not been received by the end of the invoice agreement will forfeit its outcome and are no longer authorised to use the Female Founded seal in any capacity

Seals

• Certified applicants have the Global Rights to use the Female Founded seals on on product packaging, interior and exterior of business premises, websites, social media and for any other marketing and promotional purposes.​​  *Digital seals will be sent via email, the licence is good for the life of your business, there are no renewal fees

• You can change the size of the seals to suit your needs, but do not alter the colour or font of the seals

• Use of the seals on a business/ brand that has not been certified is forbidden

Disputes

• The decision of the Female Founded Team is final and Female Founded will not enter into any correspondence about decisions made
